3.09.2023. New rules of the Commission on Filipinos Overseas (CFO) have been adopted regarding the travel of Filipino citizens abroad, primarily this concerns Filipino citizens, brides and partners who are invited by citizens of other countries, in order to combat human trafficking, an article about this can be read here. Two original Affidavit of Support may be required as one is provided by the CFO and the other must be presented at the border control when exiting the Philippines.
